What we collect

During internal testing, Alive Events OS may store names, business contact details, account information, event planning details, team assignments, operational notes and files entered by authorized team members.

How we use information

Information is used to test, operate, secure and improve the Alive Events planning platform and to coordinate internal business activities.

Access and sharing

Access is limited to authorized Alive Events team members and service providers needed to host and secure the platform, including Supabase and Vercel. We do not sell personal information.

Security and retention

We use role-based access, authentication and database security controls. Test information should be limited to what is necessary and removed when no longer needed.

Your choices

Authorized users may request correction or deletion of their account information by contacting the workspace owner.

This is a starter policy for an internal test environment and should be reviewed before public launch.
